How to insert a menstrual cup? วิธีใส่ถ้วยอนามัย

Cup is held in position by forming vacuum seal by the vagina walls.

You will rarely feel a thing if in the right position.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap.

Apply water-based lubricant jelly on the rim of the cup. (necessary for beginners)

Fold the menstrual cup as shown in the picture below.

Insert the cup into your vagina with slightly tilted direction.

It should sit 1-3 centimeters above your vaginal opening.

Let it pop to create a vacuum seal that stops menstrual leaks.

You shouldn’t feel your menstrual cup inside if you’ve inserted it correctly and choose the proper size.

You should be able to do activities without the cup slip out.

To remove the menstrual cup :

Stay in your most comfortable position,

you can squat, sit on a toilette, or stand with one leg on a stool.

Give a little stomach push to make the cup slide down.

Grab its bottom tightly with two fingers to break a vacuum seal,

then gently pull it down and out of your vagina.

วิธีใส่ถ้วยอนามัย :

พับถ้วยอนามัยให้เล็กลงตามรูป

โดยวิธีที่ทำให้ใส่ถ้วยได้ง่ายคือ การพับแบบ 7-Fold, C-Fold, Punch Down

ใช้สองนิ้วจับแน่นๆ ทาเจลที่ขอบปากถ้วย นั่งยองๆ หรือย่อเข่าลงเล็กน้อย ไม่เกร็ง

สอดถ้วยเข้าไปจนเกินครึ่งถ้วย แล้วใช้นิ้วเดียว ดันต้านตรงรอยพับไว้ไม่ให้ถ้วยกางออกก่อน

ดันขึ้น+ทะแยงไปด้านหลังเล็กน้อยตามแนวช่องคลอด ก้านถ้วยต้องอยู่ภายในช่องคลอดทั้งหมด

ถ้าเข้าไปลึกพอ จะไม่รู้สึกเจ็บ ครั้งแรกๆจะมีตึงๆหน่วงๆบ้างเล็กน้อย

วิธีถอดถ้วยอนามัย :

นั่งยองๆ หรือย่อเข่าลง แบบเดียวกับตอนใส่

เบ่งให้ถ้วยขยับลงมา

ใช้ 2 นิ้วดึงก้านให้ถ้วยขยับลงเล็กน้อย

แล้วใช้ 2 นิ้วบีบก้นถ้วยให้คลายสุญญากาศ

โดยที่เบ่งเป็นจังหวะขณะที่นิ้วสอดเข้าไปจับก้นถ้วยด้วยเพื่อกันไม่ให้ถ้วยหลุดกลับเข้าไป แล้วดึงออก

ห้ามดึงก้านอย่างเดียวโดยที่ถ้วยยังไม่คลายสุญญากาศ

ล้างมือด้วยสบู่ทุกครั้งก่อนใส่และถอดถ้วยอนามัย
